Return Process

  Log into your AVITdirect account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid a restocking fee.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
